Chuck Wilkins
Chuck is a native of Rapid City, SD. He moved to Rio Rancho in 1994, after a 12-year career in the Marine Corps. He and his wife Renee have been married for 23 years and have 3 children. Chuck started his own business as a Farmers Insurance agent in 1994, and managed the construction of his office building in Rio Rancho in 2007.
