To be made after excavation for footings are complete and any required reinforcing steel is in place; and for a mono pour, after all rough-in plumbing or electrical equipment are in place and approved, but before any concrete is poured.

To be made after the roof, all framing, fire blocking and bracing are completed, all pipes, chimneys, and vents are complete and the rough electrical, plumbing, and heating wires, pipes and ducts are in place, inspected, and approved.

When the structure is complete and ready for occupancy, there shall be a final inspection and approval of all buildings and structures. Final inspection is to be made after final approval from electrical, mechanical/plumbing and the structure is complete and ready for occupancy.
