The Records & GIS Section is charged with maintenance and disposition of the Department of Public Works’ Engineering Development files as well as all Project Closeout files. These files are available to the public through the City's Request Tracker. The section also handles all Geographic Information System (GIS) data for the City of Rio Rancho. GIS data can also be obtained via the Request Tracker.

Record/As-Built drawings and GIS data can be obtained by filling out a form using the Request Tracker (you will be required to create a user login). Click on the link below and then scroll to the bottom of the page to Public Works:
