The Utility Service Division is organized into four sections: Billing, Collections, Construction and New Meter Installation, and Customer Service. Through these sections the Division is responsible for creating water/wastewater utility accounts, changing water/wastewater utility accounts, finalizing water/wastewater utility accounts, implementing the water, wastewater, and recycled water rates; install new meters, rent out construction meters, turn on water service, shut off water service, and water/wastewater utility assistance programs.

Billing Section:
  • Apply for a Bulk Fill Station account.
  • Implement water, wastewater, and recycled water rates.
  • Enroll in E-Billing.

Collections Section:
  • Manage Water Assistance Programs.
  • Disconnect water use from non-pay, bankruptcy, or third party Municipal Service Bureau (MSB) collections.

Construction and New Meter Installation Section:
  • Install new meters.
  • Rent Fire Hydrant (FH) meters.
  • Rent Construction meters.
  • Read meters for billing.

Customer Service Section:
  • Apply for new water/wastewater utility account.
  • Change water/wastewater utility account.
  • Finalize water/wastewater utility account.
  • Pay water/wastewater bill.
  • Turn water on or off temporarily.
  • Setup Automatic Bank Draft for water/wastewater utility bill.
  • Payment arrangements for water/wastewater utility bill.
  • Discuss any discrepancies in your bill.
