Impact Fees
By vote of the Governing Body, effective September 22, 2012, impact fees for residential construction are reduced by 50 percent for two years and impact fees for non-residential construction are reduced by 100 percent for two years. The two-year moratorium on impact fees sunsets on September 22, 2014.
